PT Customer Service Representative

Join Planet Fitness in Oxford, Chester County, as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, working Tuesday through Friday with a flexible schedule. Starting at $12 per hour, you'll serve as the welcoming gateway for members and prospective fitness enthusiasts, helping them explore membership options and manage their accounts with friendly, professional service.

About the Role

This part-time position offers a dynamic, people-focused opportunity within one of the nation's most established fitness communities. Your typical work schedule runs Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of the member experience, handling inquiries, processing applications, and embodying the supportive culture that drives Planet Fitness's mission to make fitness accessible and affordable for all. Hourly increases occur at 180 days, at one year, and every six months after your first anniversary, based on your anniversary date.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing membership and billing questions
• Process new membership applications and explain membership tiers
• Conduct facility tours and highlight key amenities and services
• Resolve member account issues with care and efficiency
• Schedule personal training consultations and other services
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless member experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Availability for the specified part-time schedule
• Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate basic software
• Friendly, professional demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for fitness
• Strong ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
