What You'll Do
- Greet and engage with potential members, providing tours and explaining membership options in a friendly, professional manner
- Complete new member sales and enrollment processes with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Manage front desk operations and administrative tasks to maintain a smooth member experience
- Build positive relationships with both new and existing members to encourage retention and referrals
- Process payments, handle membership questions, and resolve member concerns with professionalism
