About the Role
The Senior Project Controls Specialist establishes and manages project controls frameworks that keep water infrastructure initiatives aligned, on track, and on budget. You'll serve as the central hub connecting project management leadership, engineering teams, and clients, transforming project data into clear, actionable insights that inform critical business decisions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of project controls processes across water infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with project management teams to establish controls procedures and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and deliver comprehensive schedule and budget status reports to project leaders and clients
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of enterprise project management software platforms
- Evaluate project data, performance logs, and reports to assess progress and identify risks or opportunities
- Consult with stakeholders throughout project execution to ensure alignment and satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record managing project controls on complex, large-scale projects
- Expertise with enterprise planning and project controls software systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to communicate complex data clearly
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Background in water, infrastructure, civil engineering, or related fields preferred
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related discipline
