About the Role

As an Energy Credits Senior Manager within our TCIA Practice, you will leverage your background in accounting and taxation to deliver tax equity investment consulting to a diverse client base. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashville, Davidson County, where you will help shape strategy and lead a group of skilled credits and incentives specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on tax equity investment opportunities, with an emphasis on Inflation Reduction Act energy credits.
• Apply accounting and taxation knowledge to structure and evaluate credit and incentive engagements.
• Lead and mentor a team of experienced professionals working in the tax credits and incentives space.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact, translating complex energy credit regulations into practical guidance for clients.

Qualifications

• Substantial professional experience in accounting and taxation.
• Hands-on familiarity with Inflation Reduction Act energy credits.
• A track record working within tax credits and incentives, ideally including tax equity investments.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and a collaborative approach to managing experienced teams.
