About the Role

We're seeking commercial vehicle operators with 1–5 months of verifiable over-the-road experience to join our fleet. You'll operate company-maintained dry van tractors on consistent long-haul routes, earning industry-leading compensation and enjoying built-in home time every two weeks. This is a full-time position ideal for drivers ready to commit to a stable schedule and professional operation standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and legally across interstate highways
• Deliver freight on assigned routes, meeting customer deadlines and delivery windows
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; report maintenance needs promptly
• Maintain accurate logbooks and comply with Department of Transportation regulations
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and company leadership
• Manage vehicle equipment responsibly to minimize wear and fuel waste

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsement
• 1–5 months of verifiable over-the-road truck driving experience
• Clean driving record and willingness to pass DOT medical examination
• Ability to commit to a 12-days-out, 2-days-home schedule
• Strong safety focus and respect for federal and state transportation regulations
• Professional communication skills and reliability

Compensation & Benefits

Drivers earn 57–64 cents per mile based on experience, with an average of 2,000 miles per week. We guarantee a $1,500 weekly minimum pay and offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Top performers in our fleet earn $1,700 per week or more. Team driver positions are also available, with enhanced sign-on bonuses and per-mile rates; we help matched drivers connect with their team partners.
