About the Role
This is a full-time over-the-road truck driving position with a 12 days out, 2 days home schedule. You'll operate a dry van tractor-trailer, moving freight across regional and national routes while maintaining professional driving standards and safety protocols.
What You'll Do
- Transport dry freight loads via tractor-trailer on long-haul routes
- Log approximately 2,000 miles per week on average
- Complete required pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain compliance with federal logbook regulations and hours-of-service requirements
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Operate safely in various weather and traffic conditions
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license with 1–5 months of documented driving experience
- Clean driving record and clear background screening
- Mechanical knowledge and commitment to vehicle maintenance
- Reliability and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently during extended road time
Pay and Benefits
- Competitive mileage rate: 57–64 cents per mile (CPM) based on your experience level
- Top drivers in our fleet earn $1,700 per week
- Guaranteed weekly minimum pay of $1,500 during your home-time rotation
- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- Team driving option: $5,000 sign-on bonus, $0.72–$0.80 CPM split, with approximately 5,000 miles per week opportunity
