We are representing a confidential technology client seeking experienced Business Profile Managers to join their remote contractor network. This role supports critical online presence initiatives for organizations across multiple industry sectors.
Position: Business Profile Manager
Type: Contract (Independent Contractor)
Location: Remote (New Zealand)
Hours: Flexible, asynchronous work
Responsibilities
- Manage and update Google Business Profiles to maintain active, accurate online presence
- Respond to customer inquiries and update business information on a regular basis
- Engage with platform features to ensure current and optimized business listings
- Collaborate with representatives from diverse industries to enhance profile visibility and performance
- Work independently to meet engagement goals and deliverables
- Monitor profile activity and make data-driven updates to improve listing quality
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Active ownership or administration rights to a verified Google Business Profile
- Minimum one year of active history managing a business listing on Google
- Demonstrated consistent engagement with business profile management
- Proven ability to work independently and manage asynchronous responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Preferred:
- Experience representing businesses in Hospitality & Lodging, Food & Beverage, Retail & Shopping, or Professional Services sectors
- Familiarity with local search optimization best practices
