About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential digital marketing agency that specializes in email conversion optimization for e-commerce brands. We're seeking an Email Designer to join their fully remote team and create high-performing email campaigns that drive measurable results for DTC clients.

This is a full-time remote position based in Mauritius, offering the opportunity to work with diverse e-commerce brands and refine your craft in email design and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling email campaigns in Figma that align with client brand guidelines and drive conversions
• Manage daily design briefs and task workflows using ClickUp
• Research and implement current email design, branding, and UX trends specific to the e-commerce landscape
• Lead the visual and creative direction for agency communications, maintaining brand consistency
• Create Figma Boards based on client Brand Books to enable rapid iteration of on-brand email templates
• Handle occasional ad hoc design projects, including presentation decks
• Continuously optimize email templates to improve click-through rates and overall performance

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience designing emails for direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands
• Strong portfolio demonstrating DTC email design work, including cart abandonment flows and automated email sequences
• Expert proficiency in Figma for email design
• Solid understanding of email marketing flows and conversion-focused design principles
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to use design intentionally to increase conversions and engagement metrics
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment
