About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential remote services organization seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative. You'll be responsible for generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, SMS, and other creative prospecting strategies across the United States market.

Responsibilities

• Make 80-100+ outbound calls daily to target accounts, pitch value propositions, and qualify potential leads
• Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach and follow-up email/SMS campaigns to engage decision-makers
• Travel to industry conferences and trade shows, working with marketing teams to engage attendees, network, and convert booth traffic into sales opportunities
• Identify key decision-makers and schedule qualified meetings for account executives
• Map target accounts and customize outreach messaging to increase connection rates
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach, calls, and prospect interactions in CRM systems

What We're Looking For

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in cold calling, BDR/SDR roles, or high-volume phone outreach
• Confident, articulate communicator who is energized by making cold calls daily
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn to identify and message prospects
• Excited and flexible to travel for conferences and company events as needed
• Highly persistent with a strong ability to bounce back from rejection
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales outreach tools
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive nature
• Hunter mentality with creativity in outreach strategies
• Comfortable striking up conversations with strangers both on the phone and face-to-face at events
