Senior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential digital marketing organization in Mülheim, and we're seeking a Senior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager to lead talent relationships and campaign development.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal talent, leading the team and coordinating all aspects of artist representation
• Acquire new partnership opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage incoming collaboration requests
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors and service providers
• Develop content concepts and formats in collaboration with talent, supporting implementation from ideation through execution
• Coordinate between talent and partners, planning schedules and ensuring talent well-being throughout projects
• Identify and recruit potential new talent for existing and future formats and productions
• Foster forward-thinking approaches and create new opportunities beyond traditional artist roles in close partnership with talent

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in artist management, influencer marketing, or online marketing within a digital, social media, or PR agency environment
• Strong interest and intuition for current developments in the digital sector and consumer behavior, particularly regarding emerging trends and technologies
• Confident handling of all common social media platforms and online communities
• Proven experience implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation to develop innovative solutions
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and team player mindset
• Passionate about organization and relationship management
