Werkstudent Human Resources (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital services organization seeking a motivated working student to support their HR and talent team. In this role, you will contribute to daily HR operations and help shape a positive employee experience throughout the entire employment lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the HR team in responding to general employee inquiries
• Assisting with recruitment activities, including drafting job postings, coordinating interview schedules, and conducting initial candidate screening
• Supporting the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, including organizational preparation and accompaniment of new team members
• Contributing to daily HR operations such as maintaining employee master data in Personio, managing digital personnel files, administering absence management tools, and preparing employment certificates and references

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration with HR focus, Business Psychology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Pedagogy, or a comparable discipline. Master's students are particularly welcome.

• Previous practical experience in HR or recruiting through internships or part-time roles is a valuable plus
• Strong empathy, social competence, excellent communication skills, team spirit, and flexibility
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Organizational strength and passion for modern HR practices and working with people

This is a part-time position at 20 hours per week, based in Wiesbaden with a hybrid, flexible work model.
