Bilingual Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (English/Spanish)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth provider delivering autism services across multiple states. They're seeking a Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join their growing remote clinical team.

This telehealth role offers the opportunity to lead evidence-based ABA therapy while mentoring behavior technicians and working directly with families. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide supervision—all while leveraging technology platforms that support clinical excellence and expand access to care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analytic assessment processes for pediatric clients
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans in collaboration with families
• Provide case supervision and clinical management for assigned caseload
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) via telehealth
• Select age-appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities
• Train families on treatment strategies and carryover skills
• Track and document client progress accurately in digital systems
• Plan for client discharge and transition of care
• Complete stage two assessments and other clinical duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) in good standing
• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• 2+ years of experience working with pediatric populations, particularly autism spectrum disorder
• 2+ years in an applied setting conducting functional assessments, developing behavior plans, and overseeing implementation
• 1+ year of telehealth supervision experience
• Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO
• Availability to work within 9am–6pm Mountain Time hours
• Proficiency with Excel, database management, and electronic record keeping
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and organizational skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and family-centered care

Pay

This is an hourly W-2 position. Compensation varies based on experience, geographic location, and bilingual capabilities. The client has indicated that equivalent annual compensation averages approximately $100,000, though individual offers will be determined based on qualifications.
