Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) Konzernabschluss

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate investment group with operations across Germany, and our talent team is seeking an experienced Bilanzbuchhalter (Group Accountant) to join their finance division in Cologne.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the parent company
• Complete tax declarations for the parent company
• Create consolidated group financial statements in accordance with HGB (German GAAP)
• Contribute to the preparation of annual business reports
• Take responsibility for various project tasks within the finance area
• Coordinate with national and international entities and establish uniform group-wide accounting processes

This position offers growth potential toward a commercial leadership role within 1-2 years for the right candidate.

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration with focus on Controlling, Finance and Accounting, or completed professional qualification as Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
• Professional experience in controlling, finance and accounting, or comparable position within a corporate group or multi-location organization
• Experience with consolidation processes
• Negotiation-level proficiency in both German and English
• Strong analytical capabilities and structured thinking
• High degree of initiative and self-motivation
• Independent working style combined with strong teamwork abilities
