Responsibilities

• Design and lead unique experiences based on your expertise—such as guided tours, outdoor adventures, workshops, or cultural activities
• Welcome and engage participants, creating memorable moments that showcase your skills or local knowledge
• Manage bookings, communicate with guests, and ensure each experience runs smoothly
• Set your own pricing, schedule, and group sizes based on what works for you
• Deliver experiences either in-person or virtually, depending on your offering
• Maintain high standards of safety, hospitality, and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Passionate individuals with unique skills or local expertise to share—examples include cooking, photography, fitness instruction, historical knowledge, craft teaching, or outdoor guiding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse groups
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your own schedule and business
• Creativity in designing experiences that stand out and create lasting memories
• Reliability and commitment to delivering quality experiences consistently
• Based in or deeply familiar with New Hampshire locations and attractions
• No specific educational requirements—your passion and expertise are what matter

Pay
