About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization in the Cham region. Our talent team is seeking a qualified Banking Professional / Internal Auditor (m/f/d) to join their audit function. This role offers comprehensive exposure to financial operations and the opportunity to become a specialist in internal controls and compliance within a stable, regional institution.

This position is available as full-time or part-time based on candidate preference.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process audits and individual case reviews across various operational departments and workflows
• Support and accompany external audit engagements
• Provide independent oversight for internal projects and advisory support to other business units
• Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of audit processes and systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

What We're Looking For

• Qualified banking professional (Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau), comparable commercial training, or relevant university degree
• Ideally, existing knowledge of banking supervisory and regulatory topics
• Strong interest in continuous professional and methodological development
• Ability to work independently and responsibly following an individualized onboarding period
• Personal engagement, initiative, and enjoyment of collaborative teamwork
• German language proficiency required for this role
