Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential communications technology organization seeking an RF Development Engineer. In this role, you will:

• Design, commission, and verify RF and analog electronics assemblies, particularly receiver and transmitter paths in the small-signal domain for radio communication devices
• Perform circuit design and development
• Research and evaluate components for RF applications
• Optimize and approve PCB layouts in collaboration with the design team
• Commission prototypes and conduct initial testing
• Conduct RF-relevant tests and analyze test results during device integration

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology with deep knowledge in high-frequency engineering
• Experience developing small-signal paths
• Hands-on experience with AWR Microwave Office, CST Microwave Studio, CR-8000, and LT-Spice
• Experience with MATLAB and Python is advantageous
• Ability to process and present technical results clearly
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• German language proficiency required for this Stuttgart-based position
