About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential industrial manufacturing organization in their search for a Produktionscontroller / Fertigungscontroller based in Düsseldorf. Our client develops high-performance solutions and operates to global standards in safety and technical excellence.

This is a permanent position for a controller who approaches their work as a dynamic field for operational optimization. You'll work with data, think analytically, and demonstrate a structured, independent working style.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and management reports for leadership and parent company stakeholders
• Manage annual budgeting processes, forecasts, and planning cycles
• Monitor inventory levels and production variances while continuously updating standard costs
• Conduct detailed target-actual comparisons and variance analyses, preparing results for decision-makers
• Support the team with ad-hoc analyses for critical management decisions
• Actively prepare and create monthly and annual financial statements according to national (HGB) and international (US-GAAP) accounting standards

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed business administration degree (BWL) or comparable commercial qualification
• Several years of controlling experience in an internationally operating industrial company, ideally with focus on plant and production controlling and working with standard costs
• Experience with SOX audit requirements and strict adherence to internal audit and control guidelines
• German and English language skills at negotiation level
• Proficient use of standard MS Office applications
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems and modern BI tools is a plus
