We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in Duisburg that requires a skilled Hospital Controller to join their finance team. Our client is part of an established network providing comprehensive medical services with a strong emphasis on quality and patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to financial planning and controlling within a stable and professionally demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with group standards
• Contribute to forecasting processes and multi-year planning initiatives
• Assist in preparation activities for budget and remuneration negotiations
• Develop regular reports and advance internal and external reporting systems
• Conduct profitability analyses and calculations for various hospital departments
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentation materials for management
• Participate in cross-departmental project work
• Advance KPI-based management instruments in revenue and cost controlling
• Support the creation and ongoing development of cost accounting systems

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Economics or Business Administration with a healthcare focus
• Relevant experience in hospital financing and controlling
• Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and ThinkCell
• Experience with SAP (ISH, FI, CO) or Daedalus (Orbis) is desirable
• Strong team collaboration skills and social competence
• Excellent organizational abilities with a structured and reliable working approach
• Fluency in German is required for this position
