Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential wholesale distribution organization in Plaidt, Rheinland-Pfalz, for a three-year apprenticeship (Ausbildung) as Kaufmann für Büromanagement. During your training, you will rotate through multiple departments to gain practical experience across the business:

• Work in accounting, sales, warehouse operations, and both internal and field service teams
• Learn how accounting and financial processes function in a commercial environment
• Understand operational management and workflow coordination
• Participate in customer acquisition and relationship management activities
• Take on progressively more responsible tasks as you develop skills and knowledge
• Gain hands-on experience with business software and administrative systems

What We're Looking For

• Realschulabschluss or Hauptschulabschluss (completed or near completion)
• Interest in business and economic topics
• Strong numerical and written communication skills in German
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is advantageous
• Punctuality and professional demeanor
• Team-oriented approach and collaborative mindset
