Role Overview

As Assistant Restaurant Manager OEM with Heihotels, you will support overall outlet leadership at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort - Boerne, TX. The role focuses on delivering consistent guest experiences, guiding team members, and maintaining efficient restaurant workflows. You will partner closely with the primary manager to uphold service standards, drive operational excellence, and help create memorable dining moments for visitors and guests in the Boerne area.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant floor operations, including seating flow, table turns, and guest interactions
• Coach and supervise service staff to ensure friendly, efficient, and professional delivery of meals and beverages
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and timely service while addressing any guest feedback promptly
• Support inventory tracking, ordering coordination, and cost-control practices to keep the outlet running smoothly
• Help create and manage staff schedules, assign stations, and reinforce training on service procedures and safety
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to resolve issues and maintain seamless shift operations
• Uphold cleanliness, health, and safety standards throughout the restaurant environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes that enhance both team performance and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a restaurant, outlet, or hospitality supervisorial role with increasing responsibility
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated through effective people management, training, and motivation
• Solid understanding of food and beverage service standards, guest recovery techniques, and operational rhythm
• Ability to handle multiple priorities during peak periods while remaining calm and organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with staff, guests, and fellow managers
• Basic knowledge of inventory basics, cost awareness, and scheduling practices preferred
• Flexibility to work varied shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and peak resort periods
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and high-quality dining environment
