Wendover Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident experiences while supporting daily community operations.

About the Role

As an Assistant Community Manager with Wendover, you'll play a central role in daily community operations. Working closely with the Community Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing resident interactions, and supporting the overall vision for our community. This on-site position is based in West Palm Beach and requires your presence in the community.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with leasing activities, including scheduling tours, discussing lease terms with prospective residents, and processing applications
  • Support lease renewal processes and help retain current residents
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and resident activities
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries, maintenance requests, and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of resident communications and community operations
  • Ensure common areas and facilities remain welcoming and well-maintained
  • Support the Community Manager with administrative and operational responsibilities
  • Represent Wendover Management, LLC professionally in all resident and visitor interactions

  • Experience in community management, hospitality, customer service, or a related field (preferred)
