As a field-based business consultant, you'll directly support franchise operator growth, operational execution, and long-term success by ensuring consistent brand standards and exceptional guest experiences across our locations.
About the Role
The Operator Success Coach plays a critical role in our franchise support structure. You'll serve as a dedicated operational partner to our restaurant operators, focusing on post-opening performance, day-to-day operational execution, and sustained business growth. This is a hands-on position that combines business advisory, coaching, and quality assurance into a single impactful role.
What You'll Do
- Partner with franchise operators to drive business performance, profitability, and growth strategies
- Conduct regular on-site visits to assess operational execution and compliance with Krispy Krunchy Foods brand standards
- Provide coaching and training to restaurant teams on operational best practices and brand consistency
- Monitor and support food quality and food safety protocols to maintain regulatory compliance and guest satisfaction
- Identify operational challenges and develop solutions that improve efficiency and guest experience
- Track operator metrics, performance data, and KPIs to guide development conversations and improvements
- Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering collaborative relationships that encourage operator confidence and loyalty
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in restaurant operations, franchise support, or field-based business consulting
- Strong understanding of food service operations, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities—you thrive in relationship-building and motivating others
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance brand consistency with operator autonomy
- Comfort with travel to multiple locations throughout the Phoenix area and surrounding regions
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in a field-based environment
