Altimeter Solutions Group is hiring a full-time Regional Field Manager to oversee property restoration operations across Connecticut, Vermont, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, Maine, and New Hampshire, based in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to play a central role in our mission to deliver exceptional contractor management and insurance claim solutions across the Northeast.

About the Role

As Regional Field Manager covering Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Vermont, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine, you'll be the operational linchpin connecting our insurance carrier partners with our vetted network of property restoration contractors. Your leadership will ensure that every restoration project meets our quality standards while protecting homeowner satisfaction and carrier profitability across your seven-state region.

What You'll Do

• Oversee restoration quality, timelines, and compliance for all active projects across your seven-state coverage area
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, policyholders, and contractor network partners
• Manage contractor performance, accountability, and adherence to company restoration standards
• Coordinate field inspections, scope reviews, and project documentation across multiple locations
• Identify operational improvements and lead initiatives to streamline property restoration workflows
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex claims or contractor-related issues in your region

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing field operations, contractor relationships, or multi-site teams
• Understanding of property restoration, insurance claims, or related construction industry experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills across diverse stakeholder groups
• Ability to travel frequently within Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Vermont, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine
• Problem-solving mindset and comfort with managing complex, detail-oriented work
• Proficiency with standard business software and data systems
