Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Direct a compact FP&A team in a dual hands-on and leadership capacity
  • Support the financial planning needs of a 10,000-person Sales and Marketing organization across North America
  • Enforce rigorous weekly forecasting practices to maintain accuracy and consistency
  • Uphold strong discipline during quarter-end close activities
  • Develop and refine projections for operating expenses and headcount
  • Build and evaluate commission models through thorough analysis
