About the Role

As a Power Operations Commercial Advisor at ExxonMobil, you'll bridge operational excellence with commercial success. What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate commercial opportunities within power markets and energy operations
• Support the development of commercial strategies aligned with operational capabilities
• Analyze contract structures, terms, and commercial frameworks to identify value optimization
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and business development teams on commercial objectives
• Advise on pricing strategies, portfolio management, and commercial risk considerations
• Monitor competitive dynamics and regulatory developments affecting power sector markets
• Prepare financial analysis and strategic recommendations for leadership review

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related discipline
• Three or more years of experience in commercial advisory, business analysis, energy markets, or commercial roles
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with financial modeling experience
• Working knowledge of power markets, energy operations, and commercial contracts
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to diverse audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business analytics tools
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage competing priorities
