Arabic CX Agent Tester – Remote | Upto $18/hr

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology client seeking an Arabic CX Agent Tester for a short-term remote contract. This is a brief testing engagement focused on evaluating conversational AI quality through live calls and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Complete 10 test calls with a customer experience agent, following provided prompts and scenarios
• Conduct 10 quality assurance reviews of calls, assessing accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness
• Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience
• Work independently to ensure high-quality evaluations and feedback

What We're Looking For

• Native Arabic speaker (required)
• Prior data annotation experience
• Ability to place calls to an EU, UK, or US phone number
• Capability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality
• Available to start immediately

Engagement Details

• Type: Contract
• Duration: 1–2 hours total
• Location: Remote (Netherlands-based candidates preferred)
