Yulista Holding, LLC. is hiring an Aircraft Pilot (FW/H60M Maintenance Test Pilot) with Security Clearance for a full-time position in Hampton Roads, Hampton City. This is an opportunity to fly advanced rotary-wing and fixed-wing military aircraft in a dynamic research, development, test, and evaluation environment.

About the Role

You'll serve as a dual-qualified maintenance test and project pilot, operating both H-60M rotary-wing aircraft and multi-engine fixed-wing aircraft. Your flying directly supports Army aviation research and development initiatives, mission validation, and critical aircraft certification work. This role combines precision test-flying with maintenance verification tasks that require both expert stick-and-rudder skills and deep technical knowledge of advanced military aviation systems.

What You'll Do

• Execute maintenance test flights on H-60M Black Hawk helicopters, validating aircraft systems and performance following maintenance actions
• Conduct fixed-wing project test flights on multi-engine aircraft to evaluate new configurations, capabilities, or modifications
• Support Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) missions across Army aviation programs
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to define test parameters and ensure flight safety compliance
• Document flight data, anomalies, and performance observations for technical analysis and reporting
• Perform assigned aviation duties in support of specialized research and development operations

What We're Looking For

• Commercial or military pilot certification with active instrument and multi-engine ratings
• Demonstrated experience flying rotary-wing aircraft, particularly UH-60 Black Hawk or similar military helicopters
• Experience in fixed-wing multi-engine aircraft operations
• Background in test-pilot work, maintenance verification flights, or developmental aviation programs
• Valid security clearance or willingness to obtain one
• Strong technical communication and attention to detail when documenting flight test results
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and program management teams
