About the Role

What You'll Do
- Supervise and guide call center staff to deliver timely, high-quality customer outreach and triage services
- Monitor adherence to program service level agreements (SLAs) and federal privacy requirements
- Evaluate call center processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and staff productivity
- Ensure client expectations are consistently met through effective team management
- Report to the Program Manager on call center performance and outcomes
