Service Technician – Manufacturing

About the Role

As a Service Technician - Manufacturing, you will be the technical point of contact for end-users, providing on-site service and support across the company's full product line. The position blends mechanical repair, electrical wiring, and customer-facing problem solving on fabricated machines and separators mounted on trucks and frames.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled technical service and support directly to end-users in the field.
• Identify the source of equipment faults and, when required, fully take apart, repair, and rebuild or set up fabricated machines and separators.
• Work confidently from moderately complex wiring diagrams and complete wiring to control panels.
• Offer troubleshooting guidance across all Spencer Turbine Company products.
• Communicate clearly with customers to resolve issues and ensure equipment performs reliably.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical aptitude with the ability to disassemble, repair, and reassemble industrial machinery.
• Comfort reading and applying moderately complex wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on electrical wiring experience, including wiring to control panels.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic instincts across a range of products.
• Customer-focused communication skills suited to on-site, end-user support.
• Willingness to perform field service on equipment mounted on trucks or frames.
