Credence Management Solutions seeks a COMSEC/Cryptographic Modification Conference Planning and Meeting Initiation specialist with an active security clearance for our team at Scott Air Force Base in Saint Clair County. As a full-time contributor, you'll play a critical role in coordinating and facilitating mission-critical conferences and meetings focused on cryptographic security protocols for defense operations.

About the Role

This is a specialized position supporting COMSEC (Communications Security) initiatives and cryptographic modification programs at one of the Department of Defense's most important communications hubs. You'll coordinate high-stakes conferences and meetings that bring together technical experts, security professionals, and mission stakeholders to advance cryptographic modernization and communications security posture.

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate COMSEC and cryptographic modification conferences and meetings
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation for classified security discussions
• Liaise with military personnel, contractors, and technical teams to ensure successful meeting execution
• Maintain compliance with security protocols and clearance requirements throughout conference operations
• Support preparation of agenda items, briefing materials, and post-meeting documentation
• Coordinate with Scott Air Force Base facilities and security teams on classified venue requirements

What We're Looking For

• Active security clearance (Secret or above required; TS/SCI preferred)
• Proven experience coordinating government or military meetings and conferences
• Strong understanding of COMSEC principles and cryptographic security concepts
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage classified information and operate within security protocols
• Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness in defense environments
