OSINT Collector with Security Clearance

CACI is hiring an OSINT Collector with Security Clearance to join our intelligence operations team in Lexington, Middlesex County. This full-time position requires an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph examination and plays a critical role in our open-source intelligence collection and analysis mission.

About the Role

As an OSINT Collector with a TS/SCI clearance at CACI, you'll work on intelligence collection efforts that leverage publicly available information to support national security objectives. Your work will contribute to multi-intelligence initiatives focused on emerging and disruptive biological effects analysis, requiring meticulous attention to detail, sophisticated research methodology, and adherence to strict security protocols.

What You'll Do

• Conduct systematic open-source intelligence collection from publicly available information sources
• Employ advanced search methodologies and tools to identify, assess, and validate relevant intelligence material
• Organize and document collected intelligence in compliance with classification and security requirements
• Maintain meticulous records and reports on collection activities and findings
• Collaborate with intelligence analysts and other team members to ensure collection priorities align with mission needs
• Travel locally as required, up to approximately 10% of the time, to support collection activities and coordination
• Adhere to all security protocols and compartmented information handling procedures

What We're Looking For

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph examination
• Experience in open-source intelligence collection, research, or related intelligence disciplines
• Demonstrated proficiency with online research tools, databases, and intelligence platforms
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to process and evaluate complex information
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a security-conscious environment
• Willingness to maintain security compliance and handle sensitive information responsibly
• U.S. citizenship required
