Regional Manager/Site Lead

About the Role

As a Regional Manager/Site Lead at CACI, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations across one of the company's eight defined regions, serving as the on-site authority responsible for performance, accountability, and mission delivery. Based in El Segundo, this position blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership and reports into senior management. Local travel of up to roughly 10% should be expected as the role requires periodic engagement across nearby sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operational activities within an assigned CACI region, ensuring objectives are met efficiently and on schedule.
• Act as the primary site lead, providing direction, problem-solving, and accountability for regional outcomes.
• Partner with senior leadership to align regional execution with broader program and organizational goals.
• Oversee team performance, resource allocation, and the consistent delivery of high-quality results.
• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and support program management priorities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in operations, site leadership, or project and program management.
• An active TS/SCI security clearance with a Polygraph is required to begin in this role.
• Proven ability to manage teams, drive accountability, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel locally up to approximately 10% of the time.
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in El Segundo, Los Angeles County (this is not a remote position).
