We are seeking a highly skilled linguist with native or near-native fluency in both French and Bambara to support U.S. government initiatives. What You'll Do
- Provide real-time interpretation and translation between French and Bambara speakers in operational contexts
- Deliver accurate linguistic support during briefings, debriefings, and sensitive communications
- Transcribe, translate, and analyze language-based operational materials
- Travel to designated locations outside the continental United States (up to 25% of the year) to support field operations
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all security protocols and information handling procedures
- Collaborate with government personnel to ensure mission objectives are met
What We're Looking For
- Current or obtainable Top Secret/SCI security clearance with polygraph capability
- Native or near-native fluency in both French and Bambara
- Demonstrated experience in interpretation, translation, or linguistic analysis
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the year outside the continental United States
- Strong cultural competency and understanding of West African and Francophone contexts
- Professional communication skills and ability to work under pressure in high-stakes environments
- U.S. citizenship or eligibility to obtain required security clearance
