Event Assistant

Fox Products Corporation is looking for an Event Assistant to join our team in South Whitley, Whitley County. In this full-time position, you'll help bring our musical instruments and services to life at events, creating positive first impressions and connecting with attendees.

About the Role

This is a hands-on event support position where you'll partner with our event team to deliver engaging experiences at trade shows, demonstrations, and product showcases. You'll be the face of Fox Products at events, helping visitors understand our offerings while building lasting connections with potential customers.

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on support to event representatives during all phases of event execution
• Greet visitors and foster an approachable, inviting atmosphere at our event booth or venue
• Share compelling information about Fox Products' instrument offerings and company mission
• Master knowledge of our complete instrument catalog to confidently discuss products and specifications
• Address visitor questions and facilitate conversations about product features and available services
• Contribute to event logistics including setup, teardown, and day-of-event operations
