Inner Parish Security Corporation is hiring a part-time Unarmed Security Guard to join our team across the United States. As a trusted security services provider since 1977, we're building a team of professional, observant security personnel to protect businesses, residential properties, and public facilities in your community.

About the Role

You'll work as an Unarmed Security Guard on a part-time basis, serving as a visible deterrent and first line of defense at assigned properties. This role demands attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to remain calm and professional in varied situations.

What You'll Do

• Conduct regular property patrols and monitor premises for unauthorized access or suspicious activity
• Control building access by verifying credentials and maintaining accurate visitor logs
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and security concerns with appropriate action and communication
• Document events and prepare clear, timely incident reports
• Coordinate with emergency services, law enforcement, and management as needed
• Enforce property rules and client policies consistently and professionally
• Maintain a professional appearance and composure throughout your shift

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Active security guard license or ability to obtain one
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong observational and decision-making abilities
• Dependable work ethic and commitment to punctuality
• Reliable transportation for part-time shift assignments
• Eligibility to pass background screening
