AI Solutions Engineer (Germany)

Responsibilities

We are representing a well-funded organization building an enterprise AI platform, and we're seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to own the technical customer journey from deployment through long-term success.

You will engage with enterprise clients post-sale to understand their operational workflows and deployment requirements, translating business needs into clear implementation plans. You'll partner with customers to assess data readiness, configure AI components into tailored workflows, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to extend capabilities when needed.

This role owns end-to-end solution deployment, ensuring AI models meet performance expectations and deliver measurable business value. You'll define success metrics, drive adoption post-launch, and lead integrations with enterprise systems including finance platforms, ERP, and email systems while ensuring scalability and security standards are met.

You'll guide customers through security, compliance, and IT approval processes, then plan and execute rollout strategies that drive smooth implementation and adoption across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Implementation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or similar post-sale customer-facing roles
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and their enterprise applications
• High adoption of modern AI tools and workflows in your own work
• Experience supporting deployments across cloud environments and enterprise system integrations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage solution delivery across the full post-sale customer lifecycle
• Based in or willing to relocate to Germany

Nice to have: Experience with process mining, workflow mapping, or operational analytics; familiarity with enterprise platforms; financial services industry experience.
