About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology consultancy seeking AI Consultants and Senior AI Consultants to join their team in München. Our client specializes in delivering advanced AI solutions across enterprise environments and is building a strong technical team to support growing client demand.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and develop appropriate AI solutions tailored to business needs
• Implement and integrate AI systems into existing enterprise IT landscapes
• Support the evaluation and selection of AI technologies and tools for client projects
• Design and develop prototypes to demonstrate technical feasibility of proposed solutions
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to implement technical concepts
• Document technical processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Senior Level: Lead technically complex AI projects and design innovative architectures
• Senior Level: Evaluate and integrate new technologies while optimizing existing systems
• Senior Level: Advise clients and internal stakeholders on technical AI solutions
• Senior Level: Create detailed technical concepts and conduct code reviews
• Senior Level: Ensure compliance with technical standards and best practices
• Senior Level: Take on personnel responsibility for project teams

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, or related discipline
• 1–2 years of professional experience for Consultant role, or 2–5 years for Senior Consultant role
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions in business environments
• Strong knowledge of common AI and ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain
• Experience with database systems such as vector databases and graph databases
• Proficiency in Python with experience working within enterprise development standards
• Senior Level: Extensive experience in team leadership and project organization
• Interest in current AI topics and commitment to staying current with technological developments
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Team player who is highly motivated, flexible, communicative, and proactive
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with confident client interaction
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Very strong German and English language skills (at least C1 level in both languages)

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive with the München market for AI consultancy roles at both Consultant and Senior Consultant levels.
