AI Creative Designer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a creative agency specializing in e-commerce and consumer brands. Our client is seeking an AI Creative Designer to join their team in Cologne. In this role, you will:

• Conceive and design static ads for Meta and other paid social platforms
• Develop multiple creative variations for ongoing testing and optimization
• Generate product images, scenes, models, and other visuals using AI tools
• Build and continuously improve AI-powered design workflows
• Execute creative briefs provided by the strategy team
• Adapt successful creative patterns and current trends across different brands
• Develop new visual concepts in collaboration with strategy and copywriting teams
• Contribute to the evolution of internal design standards and creative processes

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a designer who combines traditional design expertise with modern AI capabilities. Key requirements include:

• Strong background in graphic design, communication design, or a comparable field
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchies
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Experience with AI image generation and modern creative tools (Higgsfield, Claude-based workflows, and similar platforms)
• Interest in performance marketing, paid social, and e-commerce
• Understanding that performance creative follows different rules than traditional brand design
• Ability to quickly develop multiple visual directions from a single brief
• High learning motivation and eagerness to test new AI tools early
• Independent, structured, and efficient working style

The ideal candidate views AI not as a novelty but as an integral part of the creative process, with a willingness to rapidly test and integrate new tools into real workflows.
