Account Executive, SMB

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity client seeking an Account Executive, SMB based in London. This is a quota-carrying role focused on the full sales cycle—prospecting through close—within a defined SMB territory. You'll partner with our talent team at Get A Job.ai throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a strategic territory plan to attract and close new business in the SMB segment
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract signature
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas
• Engage with senior stakeholders to navigate complex buying cycles and demonstrate value beyond immediate technical needs
• Collaborate with customer success and renewals teams to identify expansion opportunities within your accounts
• Conduct discovery sessions, proof-of-concept evaluations, and value-based consultations with prospects

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a Business Development Representative or similar prospecting role with a proven track record in both inbound and outbound lead generation
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth environment
• Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to challenge prospects to think beyond immediate needs
• A growth mindset with genuine curiosity about customer problems and a desire to become a trusted advisor
• Passion for the security industry and motivation to deliver solutions that provide peace of mind
• Team-oriented approach with enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, innovative organization
