Account Executive (m/f/x) – German Speaking

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in the digital retail technology space. As an Account Executive, you will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract closure. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities with brands and retailers across Europe
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement
• Creating proposals, contracts, and conducting negotiations to close deals
• Attending trade fairs and industry events to generate qualified leads
• Collaborating with product and sales leadership to refine go-to-market strategies
• Contributing to the development and implementation of sales initiatives

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a driven sales professional with:

• 1-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
• A hunter mentality with proven ability to acquire new customers and exceed targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Demonstrated track record of overachievement and consistently hitting sales quotas
• Strong relationship-building skills and passion for creating lasting customer partnerships
• Ability to work in Berlin, Germany

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process. The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure, with an on-target earnings range of approximately €100,000-€120,000. Additional benefits include 30 vacation days, workation allowances within the EU, corporate perks, and wellness subsidies.
