Junior Campaign Manager, DACH

About the Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential social media and creator marketing agency seeking a Junior Campaign Manager for their Berlin office. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of social platforms, content creators, and brand campaigns in the DACH region. You'll serve as the vital connection between creators and business objectives, managing the entire lifecycle of influencer collaborations from casting through campaign completion.

This role is remote but requires you to be based in Berlin and available to come into the office at least one day per week for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Source and vet creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat and emerging platforms, gathering demographic data and audience insights
• Manage end-to-end creator relationships throughout campaign cycles: outreach, negotiations, onboarding, contracting, briefing, and feedback
• Develop and distribute creative briefs that immerse creators in campaign objectives and brand guidelines
• Review all creator content for compliance, brief alignment, and quality standards; establish efficient feedback loops
• Create and maintain content posting schedules; monitor live posts for accuracy and sentiment
• Coordinate product logistics for campaigns as needed
• Support campaign performance tracking including timeline management, budget oversight, data capture, and wrap reporting
• Stay culturally current on creator economy trends, platform innovations, and social media movements

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in project management and/or the creator/influencer landscape
• Native-level German speaker with fluent professional English (speaking and writing)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for social media platforms and content creators
• Culturally savvy with finger on the pulse of new platforms, trends, and industry developments
• Creative and curious mindset with a pioneering, can-do attitude
• Analytical thinking with comfort working with numbers and performance data
• Proactive, productive, and positive working style
• Team player willing to be hands-on and collaborate flexibly
• Excellent customer service orientation
