The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted academic support and tutoring to individual students and small groups, addressing learning gaps and building confidence
• Build supportive mentor relationships with students, offering guidance on academic progress, goal-setting, and personal development
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to align tutoring efforts with curriculum and reinforce core concepts
• Contribute to positive school climate by supporting classroom management, student engagement, and peer interaction
• Track student progress, maintain detailed records, and communicate regularly with educators and program supervisors
• Participate in professional development and training to strengthen tutoring and mentoring skills throughout your service term

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
