Cast Member

City Year is hiring a Cast Member to serve full-time in Hooksett, Merrimack County public schools. You'll provide direct academic support and mentorship to students, working collaboratively with teachers to strengthen learning outcomes and foster positive youth development.

About the Role

As a Cast Member with City Year, you'll become an integral part of the school community in Hooksett, Merrimack County. This full-time position involves working directly with students on their academic and social-emotional development. You'll deliver targeted tutoring, offer one-on-one mentorship, support classroom instruction, and lead small-group learning interventions. Your Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized academic tutoring to individual students and small groups
• Build meaningful mentoring relationships with students to support their growth beyond academics
• Assist classroom teachers with instruction and classroom management
• Lead targeted intervention sessions focused on identified student learning needs
• Partner with school staff to assess student progress and adjust support strategies
