The Opportunity

A Better Way ABA is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician Paraprofessional to deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in our Yonkers, Westchester County community. Working under the clinical supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll implement evidence-based behavioral interventions that help individuals with autism and related challenges build skills and achieve meaningful progress. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by your supervising BCBA
• Collect and record behavioral data during sessions and program implementation
• Work one-on-one with individuals with autism in therapeutic and community-based settings
• Use evidence-based ABA techniques and positive reinforcement to support behavioral goals
• Document session notes and observations to track client progress
• Communicate findings and updates with your supervising BCBA and care team
• Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills

• Interest in pursuing or maintaining RBT certification with organizational support
