About the Role

This full-time RN position welcomes recent nursing graduates to gain real-world clinical experience in a supportive, collaborative environment. What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care while applying clinical knowledge and evidence-based nursing practices
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond promptly to patient and family needs
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and communicate effectively across all shifts
• Seek feedback and guidance from preceptors to refine skills and clinical judgment
• Contribute to a safe, respectful workplace culture centered on patient and colleague wellness

What We're Looking For

• Current RN license in good standing (or eligible for state licensure)
• Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
• Collaborative mindset and genuine commitment to patient care
