About the Role
As a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technician, you'll perform clinical laboratory testing and analysis using modern laboratory technology and equipment. Working in our laboratory, you'll be responsible for specimen processing, test execution, quality control, and accurate reporting of results that healthcare providers depend on every day.
What You'll Do
- Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens with precision and care
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests across multiple disciplines
- Ensure quality assurance and maintain strict adherence to laboratory protocols and regulatory standards
- Document test results accurately and communicate findings to clinical teams
- Collaborate with laboratory leadership and clinical staff to support excellent patient care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory work environment
What We're Looking For
- Medical Laboratory Science certification or certification eligibility
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with or proficiency in laboratory information systems and testing equipment
- Knowledge of specimen handling, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
