About the Role

As a Maintenance Mechanic 1, you'll play an essential role in keeping our production equipment running reliably. You'll work closely with our Maintenance Manager and production teams to perform preventive maintenance, respond to equipment issues, and minimize downtime. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and learning new skills in a dynamic industrial setting.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks at the end of production runs to keep equipment in optimal condition
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and production downtime issues
• Assist with scheduled maintenance projects and equipment modifications
• Work toward obtaining or advancing an electrical license while on the job
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards
• Support 1st and 2nd shift production needs as assigned
