Role Overview
You will lead and oversee our Consolidated Funds Team, playing a key role in the management and administration of our consolidated fund operations. This position requires someone with strong leadership capabilities, financial acumen, and a commitment to excellence in fund management and operational oversight.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Consolidated Funds Team, providing strategic direction and mentorship to team members
- Oversee consolidated fund operations, including monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across fund management activities
- Prepare and review consolidated fund reports and analytics for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, compliance, and operations
- Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies within the team's operations
- Support the development and growth of team members through regular feedback and coaching

- Proven experience managing teams within financial services or fund operations
- Strong understanding of consolidated fund management and financial reporting
