As Front Office Manager at Montage, you oversee the entire front-office team and guest arrival experience. You'll be the operational heartbeat of the property, ensuring seamless check-ins, attentive guest services, and high-caliber customer care. Your leadership and attention to detail directly influence guest satisfaction and property reputation. Working directly with leadership, you'll manage reservation systems, guest communications, concierge coordination, and front-desk workflow to create memorable moments for every visitor to our Healdsburg location.

Core Duties

• Supervise and train front-desk associates and front-office staff, fostering a culture of excellence and service
• Manage daily operations including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and resolution-focused mindset
• Oversee reservations, guest databases, and property management systems
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
