About the Role

The Steward (Seasonal) position is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail that define the Montage guest experience. Working full-time during our seasonal period in Healdsburg, you'll ensure that every area of our resort—from guest rooms to dining facilities to back-of-house operations—remains immaculate and welcoming. Your dedication to excellence supports our team's ability to deliver the exceptional service Montage guests expect.

Core Duties

• Maintain guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to established cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Restock and organize linens, amenities, supplies, and materials throughout the property
• Prepare, clean, and sanitize dining areas, bar spaces, and kitchen equipment
• Transport and organize items, supplies, and materials efficiently across resort facilities
• Respond to maintenance and restocking requests from guests and team members promptly
• Support housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments as needed
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

• Availability to work full-time during the seasonal period with schedule flexibility
